Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

• Product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

• Unboxing video is provided as proof
  
  

  Return will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  Product received is damaged during transit (with unboxing video proof)

  Wrong product delivered

  Order cancelled by Belista Jewels due to stock issues

  You can contact us within 24 hrs , so we will Re-deliver Either Exchange or replace product within 5-6 working days

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Customized or made-to-order jewellery

• Sale or discounted items

• Products damaged due to misuse

Return Approval

Belista Jewels reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet quality inspection standards.

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side.
